- If the can. In general, No! Not just no, Hell No! They're not acting, they're just being themselves in front of the camera. That's what concerts and videos are for. Actors understand character development, plot line & story. For rappers, its just a money making scheme. Hollywood has access to enough bad actors. We don't need them to give Hollywood another reason to make a bad movie.
